By simply sending the customer’s phone number, we return the number with an indicator stating “L” for a landline, “C” for a cell phone, “T” for a Toll phone number, and “X” for an unknown line type (possibly in transition). These indicators can then be used in a standard call selection to include or exclude any of the returned phone types.
