Staying compliant­ is job one for most call centers and Interceptor helps get you there. Interceptor identifies Cell, VOIP or landline from calling lists to be loaded to Proactive Contact Systems.

By simply sending the customer’s phone number, we return the number with an indicator stating “L” for a landline, “C” for a cell phone, “T” for a Toll phone number, and “X” for an unknown line type (possibly­ in transition). These indicators can then be used in a standard call selection to include or exclude any of the returned phone types. Like any other field in your PDS / PCS, you can report or track volumes of each type. Interceptor is the only AVAYA tested, solution for Proactive Contact!
